The following conditions apply exclusively to the Giya M\u00fccevherat Online Store:<\/b><\/p>\n
You may return the jewellery purchased from Giya Online within 14 days from the delivery date and receive a full refund, in accordance with the Distance Sales Agreement. However, as per Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, ring orders with custom sizing are considered personalized and therefore not eligible for the legal right of withdrawal (cancellation and return).<\/p>\n
To use your right of withdrawal, you must notify Giya M\u00fccevherat in writing (via email) within 14 days from the date of delivery.<\/p>\n
After submitting your request through the \u201cMy Account > My Orders\u201d section by selecting the relevant order number, and once your return is approved, you may ship the product via Yurti\u00e7i Kargo.<\/p>\n
Returns made without prior approval from Giya M\u00fccevherat will not be accepted and the shipment will be refused.<\/p>\n
\"In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing via e-mail within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must be unused in accordance with the provisions of this agreement regarding Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal.\"<\/p>\n
Outside of these timeframes, no returns or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.<\/p>\n
The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for jewelry customized in metal fineness and color or personalized through modifications or additions, including rings engraved with personal text, produced in accordance with the consumer\u2019s special requests and demands.<\/p>\n
When a personalized production is made in a metal color different from those offered on the website upon the Buyer\u2019s request, or for special orders placed outside the offered range of ring sizes, necklace or bracelet lengths, or when modifications such as resizing or model changes are made to the product after delivery based on the Buyer\u2019s request, certified stones, mountings, wedding bands, and eternity rings produced specifically according to the customer\u2019s request are considered products for which the right of withdrawal does not apply.<\/p>\n
Products that are customized (e.g. engraved rings, eternity rings, wedding bands made to size, piercings, nose rings, fingerprint jewelry), campaign products, outlet category products, products altered or personalized upon Buyer\u2019s request (e.g. non-standard ring sizes, chain or bracelet length modifications, engraving, different stone preferences), discounted products, special offer items, certified stones, certified stones specially imported from abroad, or products created with customized stone and setting combinations are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.<\/p>\n
Orders you wish to return must be sent completely, in the condition they were originally delivered, including the jewelry, invoice, delivery note, certificate, and any promotional gifts if applicable. The invoice delivered with the product must also be returned. If the original invoice is not included, the VAT and other legal charges will not be refunded. The product must not be used in any way when returned. Otherwise, a 5% deduction will be applied from the refund amount.<\/p>\n
If the value of the goods decreases due to a fault of the Buyer, or if return becomes impossible, the Buyer is obliged to compensate the Seller for the damage in proportion to the fault. Defective products cannot be returned.<\/p>\n
If the invoice of the delivered product is corporate, a return invoice issued by the institution must be included with the return.<\/p>\n

For invoices issued in the name of your company, the product must be returned together with a return invoice issued by your company. Returns for orders invoiced to companies cannot be completed unless a return invoice is provided.<\/p>\n
Returns for orders invoiced to institutions cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued.<\/p>\n
The responsibility for the return shipment reaching the specified return address belongs to the consumer.<\/p>\n
The designated courier is Yurti\u00e7i Kargo.<\/p>\n
Once the return is received, the refund will be made within 14 days either to the credit card (if the order was paid by card) or to the bank account (if paid by wire transfer \/ EFT).<\/p>\n
Returned products must comply with Article 9 \u201cRight of Withdrawal\u201d and Article 15 \u201cExceptions to the Right of Withdrawal\u201d of the Distance Sales Agreement.<\/p>\n
Products returned under the conditions stated above within 14 days can be exchanged without loss. After 14 days, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not possible.<\/p>\n
If the jewelry you purchased from the online store meets the above conditions, it can also be exchanged at our physical stores.<\/p>\n
Refunds for returns made to stores will be processed once the returned product is delivered to our central store address.<\/p>\n

All return and exchange procedures at our stores have been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, and all rights of our customers within this framework are carefully observed. All products purchased from our stores can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that they are unused, under the following conditions.<\/p>\n
To benefit from the right to exchange without loss, your first step is to visit any Giya Jewellery Store within 14 days together with all documents provided during the purchase and have our Jewellery Consultants inspect whether your product is eligible for exchange.<\/p>\n
If the certified diamond jewellery purchased from our stores meets the conditions for exchange, you have the right to exchange it at the same price within 1 year.<\/p>\n
The opportunity for one free maintenance per year is a special service offered only to Giya M\u00fccevherat customers.<\/p>\n
For accessory products, our customers may exchange items without loss within 14 days. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 14 days.<\/p>\n
Regardless of brand, you may exchange your unused jewellery for Giya M\u00fccevherat products at the best price.<\/p>\n
Please note that all products within the category of items whose price is determined by the stock exchange or organized markets (e.g., gold, silver, etc.) are excluded from refund without loss under the applicable laws.<\/p>\n
Please also note that customized products manufactured upon customer request, or made unique through modifications or additions (e.g., ring resizing, chain or bracelet length changes, engraving, special custom production, etc.), are excluded from return and exchange.<\/p>\n
Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges for jewellery with lost certificates.<\/p>\n
