Hereinafter referred to as the “User.”
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement governs the terms and obligations regarding the User’s use of the websites www.giyamucevherat.com and www.giya.com.tr.
3. TERMS OF USE
3.1. Persons under the age of 18 cannot shop from the website. By accessing or registering on the website, the User declares and accepts that they are over 18 years old.
3.2. When making a purchase, you accept that it is for personal use and not for resale.
3.3. It is not mandatory to be a member to shop. However, registration is recommended to benefit from various advantages and complete future purchases more quickly. Membership is free and easy.
3.4. The User declares that the contact information provided is correct and assumes responsibility for any loss incurred by Giya Mücevherat due to false information. Giya Mücevherat has the right to contact the User through the provided communication channels for marketing, notifications, and other purposes, unless stated otherwise in writing.
3.5. All product prices and sales terms listed on the website are valid only on the website.

3.10. Giya Mücevherat is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from its own website. Any risk from visiting such websites lies solely with the User.
3.11. Giya Mücevherat is not responsible for any interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access resulting from system failures, viruses, or similar incidents.
3.12. For wire transfer/EFT orders, the processing date is the date when the payment is received in Giya Mücevherat’s bank account.
3.13. Wire transfer/EFT orders that are not paid within 1 week and not marked as paid will be canceled.
3.14. Products displayed on the website may not always be in stock and might be produced upon order. In case production is not possible, the customer will be informed, and the payment will be refunded.
3.15. In case of submission of false, incomplete, or illegal information, or activities that threaten system security, Giya Mücevherat reserves the right to block access and take legal action.
3.16. The User may not share login credentials or access other users’ information. The User is solely responsible for such violations.
4. OBLIGATIONS
4.1. The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and Giya Mücevherat’s rules when using the website.
4.2. The User shall not use the site for immoral, illegal, or disturbing purposes.
4.3. Giya Mücevherat reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access if these obligations are violated.

4.7. Upon account termination, Giya Mücevherat reserves the right to delete all account information.

5. ENFORCEMENT
By completing the registration form or using the services, the User declares acceptance of this
agreement. The agreement may be terminated by Giya Mücevherat without notice upon account
closure or violation of any of its terms.
6. COMPETENT COURTS
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the Courts and Execution Offices of
Istanbul.
7. NOTIFICATION
7.1 The email address provided by the User will be considered the official address for all
notifications. Emails are deemed received 1 day after dispatch.
7.2. Parties must inform each other within 5 days of any change in their email address. Otherwise,
notifications sent to the old address will be considered valid.
By approving this agreement, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all the clauses, and verifies the accuracy of the information provided. The User also consents to receiving all commercial communications.
